From the Editor

Procycling magazine takes you right inside the world of road racing, the most spectacular, beautiful, tough, exciting and varied sport in the world. We follow the peloton as it threads its way from the season’s beginning in Australia, through the deserts of Qatar and Oman and into Europe for the early-season stage races. Procycling is right in the middle of the action for the mud, grit and glory of the Spring Classics, then the epic battles and stunning scenery of the Giro d’Italia and the season’s high point at the biggest race in the world, the Tour de France, then finally for the Vuelta a Espana, World Championships and autumn Classics.

We know the races, riders and teams of international road racing inside out. We’ve ridden the same roads, watched the races over and over again, and got to know the protagonists, from international icons like Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish to the team riders who help their leaders to victory. We carry original and insightful analysis of the big events, while also bringing the stories behind the news out into the open.

Procycling’s race photography is second to none, showcasing all the close-up, fast-moving action of the sport as well as the beautiful, awe-inspiring landscapes in which it takes place, while our writers have decades of experience covering the sport between them, writing with expertise and insight. Road racing is a vibrant, colourful, compelling sport, and Procycling is a vibrant, colourful, compelling magazine.
